John Ganser grew up in a large family learning from the very beginning what hard work really was. Living on a dairy farm taught John that with a lot of blood, sweat and tears dreams can come true. After graduation from high school, John went o work for a local contractor. He continued this work for a couple of years, and then decided to build a home for his new growing family in his spare time. During that time he not only built their home he also built several spec homes as well. So in 1977, John started his own construction business. Lots of talent, hard work and long hours brought the dream of Ganser Construction to a fore.

Ganser Construction soon grew to a team of two when John's younger brother Dan joined him, and Dan is still with the Ganser Construction team 28 years later. From this humble beginning the two man crew has grown to a crew of 10 to 12, with a production of 15-20 homes a year. This dedicated team has over 150 years combined building expertise. Each member of the crew does what they do best; the team has its own well-trained framers, siders and finisher. Quality work is made possible with this brilliant and knowledgeable team
